Refund and Returns Policy

1. Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee may apply.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with details and supporting evidence (e.g. photographs). We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Return Process
Please contact us before returning any items. Returned items must include proof of purchase.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method after inspection and confirmation of eligibility.
